Minimum Order Charge

Orders must have a minimum value of £350 (excluding VAT).

Orders of £350 or more (excluding VAT):

Charged at the value of the goods ordered.

Orders below £350 (excluding VAT):

Customers may increase their order value to meet the £350 minimum.

If the order is not increased to £350 (excluding VAT), a minimum charge of £350 (excluding VAT) will apply regardless of the order value.

Dispatch Times

Dispatch times can vary between products, so we recommend reviewing the lead time displayed on each product page before ordering . An estimated delivery date for your order is also shown once it’s in the shopping basket.

We may consolidate smaller items into a single package, meaning that items you order may be held for a short period until the entire order is ready for dispatch. Please note that delivery dates are our best estimate and not a guarantee, and delivery and shipping timeframes are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday) only.

Order Tracking

We’re proud to work with several partners to offer you the best value and service. We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your goods are dispatched, and if you provide a mobile number, our partners may also use this to provide additional tracking information such as delivery slots. Where items are sent directly from the manufacturer, we may not always be able to provide a tracking link.
